Can we drink in the cars?
Due to state laws, drinking alcohol is not permitted in the cars while in transit. Drinking before an event while the car is parked is permitted.
Can we smoke in the cars?
For the comfort of all our customers and to protect the interior of the cars, we do not allow smoking in any of our cars.
Is there a minimum or maximum rental period?
Yes, there is a minimum rental of 3 hours. There is no maximum rental period, and we can provide discounts for multi day, weekly and monthly rentals.
Am I responsible for cleaning?
No, we take care of the cleaning after your rental to ensure that each customer receives the car in top condition. However we do ask that you try to keep it in the same condition as when you first get it. However we do charge for any damage to the cars, as well as any extreme cleaning that is required, which generally is not the case. We are happy to discuss our policies with you before you rent, so you know what to expect.
What areas do you service?
We generally service a 50 – 75 mile radius from Metro Detroit, but can often serve customers outside this area. Please refer to our area of service map for a better idea of the area we service for a better idea of our typical service area. Of course, this is a general guideline and we are happy to try to accommodate all customers. If your event is outside of this area, please contact us and perhaps we can still be available for you.
Are the cars available all year?
Our cars are only available in the Spring, Summer and early Fall. As long as there isn’t snow on the ground we send our cars out, and we only take advance bookings until early October, though we will happily take last minute booking well into the Fall. We take advance bookings for Spring and Summer well in advance.
